Don’t let the cold keep you from exercising. Join Operation Fit Mom and run or walk the steps. All sizes, all ages, all weights, all fitness levels welcome-that’s why it’s organized chaos! Just wear layers and join this friendly crowd. You can move at your own pace. It’s a great way to start your Saturday.

Not sure how to find Frederick Law Olmsted’s 99-steps? They’re just in from the Williams Street entrance along Forest Hills St in JP and next to Ellicott Arch along the golf course walking path, near the Shattuck Picnic Grove. Take the #16 bus from Forest Hills or JFK station and get off at the Shattuck, or park on neighborhood streets by the entrance.
