Come play!
Join us for an afternoon of reconnecting both with ourselves and with our community as we let go and let our inner playful selves come out.
Together we will practice creative movement, partner yoga, inversions, flying yoga, and play some yoga games.
This is a great class for the whole family or to make new friends.
Class is open for all, ages 5 – 99.
(Note: children in this program must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian who is also registered for this program.
Children may not participate in this program without a parent or guardian present.)
