This class is geared for 5-10 yr olds and their caregiver where we practice our own Sundance, partner yoga, and flying yoga!
I promise everyone gets a stretch and a connection with their child.
We warm up our bodies, create a little vinyasa flow, and move towards partner and flying yoga.
This class is scheduled for January 22, February 5, and March 5th.
