Both events are based at Powisset Farm in Dover, MA and include running the trails of Powisset Farm and neighboring Noanet Woodlands.
There are three race distances to choose from: 8.3 miles, 5.6 miles and a 1.5 miles (geared towards kids, but open to anyone).
All races begin and end at Powisset Farm near the main barn and utlize Powisset Farm's scenic Meadow Loop trail which is a very flat and grassy trail characterized by views of the farm, rock walls, hundred plus year old fencing and numerous bird boxes.
Runners in the 5.6 and 8.3 mile races will also run along trails in Noanet Woodlands which are generally wide with some single track sections.
These trails feature rolling hills except for the short, but rather steep climb (and descent) of Noanet Peak (387 feet) which offers a terrific view of Boston.
Footing varies from hardpacked dirt to sections with rocks, loose gravel and some exposed roots.

From I-95/Rt. 128: take Exit 16B (109 West). Follow for less than 1 mile and take a right on Dover Rd. Follow for 2.5 miles. Take left into farm immediately after big gray barn. The Farm Kitchen is inside the big gray barn.
From Medfield Center: Take Rt. 109 east, take left onto Hartford St. Follow for 1.5 mi. and take left onto Walpole St. Follow for 0.75 mi. and take right onto Powisset St. After 0.25 mi., take right immediately before big gray barn. The Farm Kitchen is inside the big gray barn.
Please park immediately on your left along the side of the barn. If all spaces are taken, please park along the right side of the driveway on the grass. Please exit the farm to the left, passing the pond and up the small hill out to Powisset Street.
You will see program signs posted to guide you to our farm kitchen.
