Attendees will learn how to defense themselves against a variety of potential situations / attacks such as:
-Single & Double Punch Defenses
-Grab Defenses (Wrist, Lapel, Shoulder, etc.)
-Choke Defense
Upon completion of this class individuals will have a better ability to assess potential self defense situations as well as defense themselves against a variety of potential attacks.
