Join us on Thursday March 24th @ 6:30 PM for our High Intensity Training Challenge.
Topics / movements typically covered are as follows.
• Deep Breathing Exercises
• Endurance Challenging Warmup
• Basic Martial Arts Attacks
• Self Defense
Upon completion of this class individuals will have a better understanding of their own fitness level and get a glimpse into Martial Arts training can help them get physically and mentally stronger.
