The City of Boston, Mothers Out Front, South Street Youth Center, Boston Green Academy, and Garbage to Garden are partnering to bring the Great Pumpkin Smash to Boston.We invite people to smash and compost Halloween pumpkins.
Its purpose is to have fun and keep hundreds of pounds of Halloween pumpkins out of the landfill by composting them.
It is a fun activity for all ages and it's great for the environment.
