The Green River Festival is a truly unique summer get-together.

Enjoy three stages of music — the Main stage, the dance tent (aka the Yonder stage) and a Family stage — so there’s something for everyone! View the schedule page to find out when and where your favorite band is playing.

We keep our ticket prices reasonable (with kids 12 and under FREE), reasonably-priced onsite parking (with free parking and shuttle bus service also available), our grounds clean (we are working toward zero trash!) and everyone safe (sorry, no pets, alcohol or tents allowed).

Advanced tickets are a great deal for two days of terrific music, fabulous local food, crafts, children’s activities and, of course, hot air balloons! Advance weekend and single day tickets are available through July 19th. There are no weekend tickets available after that… just day of show pricing, so plan ahead!

Not only does it showcase the best musicians, food, arts and crafts from Franklin County, it also has something that few other festivals can claim: gorgeous hot air balloons!

The hot air balloon rides are a premier attraction at this July event, which takes place on the Greenfield Community College grounds. View the musical lineup here.

Hot Air Balloons
Hot Air Balloon rides originate at Greenfield Community College grounds. Scheduled for 2013 to be determined. Flights last anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour. Of course, the length of the flight is largely dependent upon the winds and weather conditions of the day.

There will also be a Balloon Glow (balloons illuminated) on Saturday night.

The balloons, due to winds, can only inflate and fly during early morning or evening hours. They do not fly during the day.

Prices
Advance Balloon Ride Tickets
$250.00 (includes a one-day festival ticket)
At the Festival

Passengers must be over the age of 10 and in good health. If you are pregnant, recently released from the hospital, have current broken bones or casts you will not be able to qualify to purchase a ride. Passengers under the age of 18 must have parental permission or the parent must fly with them.
