This class offers a review of labor and birth options for families who are expecting a second child. During this class we will review the stages of birth, practice movement and positions to help cope with labor, discuss comfort measures, and review common interventions that may occur during labor and birth.

There will also be opportunity to discuss what worked for you during your previous birth experience, and what you may want to adjust for this birth. Fee: $50 Classes will take place at Crunchy Granola Baby, but please register directly with Jean http://www.birth-bliss.com
