Learn about the effects of diet and exercise on menopause at the Women's Health and Wellness Forum on Sunday, January 24 (10:30am-12:30pm) at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC in Newton. Keynote speaker will be Dr. Hope Ricciotti, an Ob/Gyn at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, author, associate professor at Harvard Medical School and an expert on management of menopause.

The forum will include Pilates Studio demonstrations, an opportunity to learn about the JCC's Take It Off weight loss program, and personal training demonstrations. Cost is $10. Register in advance by contacting 617-558-6462 or groupfit@jccgb.org.
