Mark Bittman, one of the country’s most popular food writers, is known for his no-nonsense style and his no-frills approach to cooking. Drawing a link between our diet, our health, and climate change, Bittman outlines how our bodies and our planet are paying the price for overproduction and over-consumption of food.

With simple adjustments, he helps you eat more sanely and more consciously by becoming less reliant on animal products and nutritionally worthless food. His approach helped him lose 35 pounds, solve health problems, and reduce his personal impact on the environment. Join us for an evening that will make you rethink your relationship to food.

Funding provided by the Reno Family Foundation. Sponsored by Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare.
