The Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center in Newton will hold a basketball clinic on four successive Sundays, beginning November 7, for children in grades 1-5. The program is designed to prepare children for the upcoming winter basketball league season. Developing dribbling, passing, shooting and game skills will be emphasized.

The clinic, which runs from 5-7pm each night, will also include controlled scrimmages with certified officials. Children will be divided by age and ability. Cost is $45 per clinic or $160 for all four sessions. Register online at www.jccgb.org/register or contact 617-558-6456 or sports@jccgb.org. The JCC is open to the entire community.
