Guests will be treated to cooking demonstrations and free healthy snacks; kid-friendly Zumba dance-fitness sessions; face painting and balloon animals; health screenings; health and wellness information from local community resources, including Southcoast Health System, HealthFirst Family Care Center, Kool Smiles, Stanley Street Treatment and Resources (SSTAR), and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC); and raffles for prizes, including recipes and ingredients to prepare healthy meals at home, Stop & Shop grocery store gift cards, and a brand-new bicycle.
WFHN-FM (107.1) will be on site to play great music and give away free CDs, T-shirts, and gift certificates.
