Let's Move! is First Lady Michelle Obama's initiative to end childhood obesity within one generation.

A day of fun and learning, Let's Move! Medford, an Outreach of Grace Episcopal Church, will feature a variety of physical activities for children (and adults) including zumba, karate, races, field games and more.

Over 30 community organizations, including Medford Family Network, Medford Health Matters, the Medford Boys and Girls Club, and others will also be present to help inform families about strategies for healthy living.

In addition, everyone who attends will be entered into a raffle for several prizes, including Red Sox tickets.

FREE and OPEN TO ALL

Come for one hour, or stay for all three!!

Terrific Event and Thanks to All who made it possible

As one of the planners of Let's Move! Medford, I can say that this event was all (and more) that we expected. Over 500 people turned out for fun and games and got a little education to boot! All of the kids seemed very excited to get their 'Passports' stamped every time they participated in a physical event and then to show their stamped Passport at the Registration Booth before they left to receive an official Let's Move! Medford' water bottle complete with logo!
