This retreat day is designed to help women of all ages refresh, renew and restore balance to their busy lives. Through instruction, guided practice and inspiring discussions on mindfulness, meditation, yoga, the mind-body connection and relational health, this one-day experiential program focuses on wellness practices that enhance overall well-being.

Come join a diverse group of women, including four passionate facilitators, and learn to:

Experience the mind-body connection through the practices of yoga, meditation and reflexology

Awaken and deepen innate capacities for awareness, compassion, kindness and wisdom

Enhance well-being in physical, emotional, and psychological domains

Explore personal mastery of emotion regulation and related skills

Cultivate happiness from the inside out

Date: Saturday, June 18, 2010 from 12:00–6:00 pm
Location: The Arlington Center at 369 Mass Ave, Arlington MA
(easily accessible by bus and car)
Program fee is $129. Vegetarian lunch included with registration.
Enrollment limited to 30 women. Pre-registration strongly suggested.

Retreat Facilitators
Mary Ann Christie Burnside, Ed.D. is a psychologist, author, mindfulness educator, and founder of Lexington-based Hearts and Minds. Mary Ann, who enjoys writing about mindfulness in everyday life, offers private and group instruction to adults and children in a variety of settings.

Susan MacKenty Brady is a strategic leader in the fields of relational health and effective communication. Susan, who helped to grow two spin-offs of the Harvard Negotiation Project and served as the President & CEO of the Relational Life Institute (founded by distinguished therapist and best-selling author Terry Real) enjoys helping people master the art of relationships.

Cynthia Piltch, Ph.D. is a public health educator, certified therapeutic massage therapist and Reiki master teacher. Cynthia, who also leads an annual wellness lecture series, specializes in mind-body wellness.

Lenore Wadman is an FRA certified Yoga instructor. Lenore specializes in ViniYoga™, which is a safe, fun and inclusive way for individuals to explore and express themselves through movement, sound, breathing and creativity.
