HypnoBirthing Childbirth Classes are for women (and their partners) who wish to experience a calm, peaceful birth without fear. Four weekly classes will cover what to expect during labor and birth, how fear affects labor, and how to prepare for your birth preferences.

Learn techniques to release fears and relax deeply and, in turn, have a rewarding, stress free birth for you and your baby.

HypnoBirthing is taught by Kim Bradlee, MW, HBCE of Alternative Birth Care. Kim is certified by the HypnoBirthing Institute. She is also a birth doula, and has been a homebirth midwife for over 10 years. Learn more about Kim and HypnoBirthing at www.alternativebirthcare.com
