Headaches, Migraines and Aromatherapy

Explore aromatherapy's role in a holistic approach to managing migraines and headaches in this hands-on class open to the general public. Learn how to safely choose essential oils for several common forms of headaches, and which application methods are best for each type of headache.

Students will make an aromatherapy roll-on for tension headaches to use at home. Class fee is $25.00.

About your instructor: Amy Kreydin, CCAP is a graduate of the R.J. Buckle Associates' 250 hour aromatherapy course titled 'Clinical Aromatherapy for Health Professionals.' She is a practicing Reflexologist & Aromatherapist specializing in women's health, pediatrics and pain management.
