We will use the colors of the rainbow to visualize color into our bodies. We will breathe slowly so we can integrate the colors of the rainbow into our bodies.

We will use crystals (that we will borrow for this class) and feel the energy of the color and crystal. We will learn some breathing techniques that recharge the body and mind.

Breathing Rainbows allows you access and trust your deep inner self creating a path for whole health. By taking the time to breathe and connect you are able to be present and calm in your life.
