Family Circle is an intergenerational, mindfulness hour for children and their parents or caregivers. Through stories, songs, activities, meditations and guided play, we will practice connecting mindfully to our lives, our selves and to one another.

The program is open to children of all ages and their caregivers, although many activities are geared toward children age 10 and younger. Caregivers are expected to supervise children at all times during the session.

Next session is scheduled for Sunday April 1 from 4-5 pm. Fee is $10 per parent/child pair or $15 per family. To reserve your space, RSVP to maryann@growing-happiness.com with number attending and age(s) of child(ren).
