We will use the colors of the rainbow to visualize and bring in the goodness all things into our bodies. We will learn to breathe slowly so we can integrate the colors of the rainbow into our bodies.
We will hold crystals (that we will borrow for this class) and feel the energy of the color and crystal. After breathing and relaxing the color and energy into our bodies we will have time to share our experiences.
Breathing Rainbows allows our children to access and trust their deep inner self. By having that connection with themselves at a deep level they can live their lives with strength and purpose, they will have their pot of gold!
