Girls will explore media imagery, art, personal story telling, support group, and social connection with other girls.
Girls will learn to hold on to their voices and stay true to themselves.
Participation will help to enhance judgment and critical thinking skills for wise and healthy choices.
We will discuss strategies to counter trends towards self-doubt, and improve self-esteem.
Cost: $149 for full-day workshop including all materials. Healthy snacks will be provided. Participants should bring own lunch.
Space is very limited. Registration is secured upon receipt of tuition payment.

This seminar is presented by Dr. Lori Fishman, a pediatric psychologist and leader of the Behavioral Medicine team in the Optimal Weight for Life Program at Boston Children's Hospital. She is an instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and provides private therapy and consultation to children, adolescents and families.
