The theme of the workshop is “Celebrating Summer,” in which kids will learn to do sun salutations, mindfulness meditation, blend up fresh superhero food smoothies while harnessing the power of their senses, and learn to use art as a method of emotional expression and discovery.
It will be hosted at the Karma Yoga Studio in Cambridge. Kelly and Kara are both Harvard students who are both certified yoga teachers and are excited to combine their passions for food, youth leadership, mindfulness meditation, neuroscience, and creativity.
