Children (age 6-10) join yoga instructor, Alissa Nicol, in this monthly one-hour workshop that combines yoga and a range of relaxing art forms. This month, children will practice Zentangle ® to create beautiful images using repetitive patterns.
No prior experience needed. Fall workshop schedule: 10/15 Maze meditations; 11/19 Kirigami, 12/17 Meditation Globes. Ages 6-10. $16 per child; Save $10 by registering for all four workshops ($54 when purchased in advance).

Barefoot Books is located at 89 Thoreau Street in the Concord Depot. Taking the MBTA's Fitchburg commuter rail line to the 'Concord' stop brings you across the street from our Studio. If driving, we are just 30 minutes northwest of Boston. Take Route 2W to Rte. 62E (RH turn at lighted intersection). Follow <1 mile to another lighted intersection; turn right onto Thoreau Street. Barefoot Books is 2 blocks ahead on your LH side. Free parking in lot alongside our building or in lot directly across Thoreau Street (in spots facing the street). Ample metered street parking.
