PowerfulME is a creative yoga and wellness program designed to  empower elementary school-aged girls. Each class has a unique theme; which includes yoga, journaling and a nutritional segment with a board certiﬁed holistic  nutritionist.
This first Open house is for 3rd and 4th grade girls and will be on September 18th. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring open mind- yoga mats will be provided. All girls who sign up will be receiving a journal. Www.powerful-me.com

*Our 6-week introductory session starts on September 18th and will be for 3rd and 4th grade girls. In November, we will conduct concurrent 8-week  programs with additional age groups.
