Come to this seminar to learn the secrets of breath and its connection to our thoughts and emotions..
This interactive course covers:
- Yoga exercises
- Several breathing exercises (pranyam) and a special rhythmic breathing technique called Sudarshan Kriya
- Guided meditation
- Discussion of several knowledge points including sources of energy, nature of the mind etc..
Participants leave the course with specific techniques they can practice every day.
These practices are sacred treasures that grow in value over the years, as the benefits continue to blossom in daily life.
