This program is designed for children of all abilities ages 2 and up including those with Aspergers, PDD-NOS or other sensory needs.
These unique classes integrate yoga poses and sensory play while addressing attention, self regulation, learning, high and low muscle tone, motor planning, confidence and social skills, and body awareness.
