Join certified children's yoga instructor Lynda Jacobvitz to explore creative movement through games, songs and simple yoga with your child in a fun and nurturing environment.
They will wag their downward dog tails using a variety of multi-sensory experiences.
Class is offered to children with a parent, grandparent or caregiver.
Recommended for ages 2-5.
