This 90 minute workshop focuses on specific massage techniques and sequences to help relieve common pediatric ailments such as colic, trouble sleeping, and digestive issues.

Parents and caregivers will learn about the latest, fact based research on the benefits of pediatric massage for alleviating common discomforts in infants.

The class will teach specific massage skills to help:

Improve sleeping patterns
Soothe colic
Ease daily gas and constipation Alleviate teething discomfort Practical strokes and positioning will be demonstrated along with helpful tips to soothe your baby.

A take home guide with an overview of the class is included.

Upon completing this class you will learn a new set of skills needed to calm your baby while providing nurturing touch.

This workshop is for non-mobile babies four weeks and older (belly button should be healed).

Caregivers, grandparents, new parents, and expecting couples are welcome!

Please Bring:

A soft doll as an alternative to work on in class if your baby will not attend A towel or blanket Wipes
Wear comfortable clothing for floor seating
