This camp will run Monday through Friday from 9am-12pm and the cost is $250.
Each day will start with meditation followed by a super fun fitness class held outside at Spy Pond (weather permitting).
We will be focusing on a combination of activities and topics including yoga, meditation/relaxation, hip hop, kickboxing, nutrition, and creative movement.
Each day, students will complete an art project that reflects a specific wellness theme followed by closing meditation, games, and healthy goals to work on!
The purpose of this camp is to build confidence, self-esteem and to engage children in physical and mindful activities that they will enjoy doing!
