Lil' Ninjas is a week-long wellness camp for kids that will focus on increasing hand-eye coordination, body awareness, flexibility, and strength through kickboxing, tumbling, yoga, cardio exercise, obstacles, meditation and art.

H2K’s Lil’ Ninjas summer camp is beginning next Monday, July 25th.

This week-long camp is great for little ones who love to move, kick, punch, tumble, and stretch.

Lil’ Ninjas focuses on increasing hand-eye coordination, body awareness, flexibility, and strength in a fun and imaginative way.

Every day will be a combination of kickboxing, tumbling, yoga, cardio exercise and obstacles followed by meditation and fun art.

This camp will run Monday-Friday (7/25-7/29) from 9am-12pm.

The cost for the week is $250.

Ages 3-12 are welcome.
