You have chosen a path of helping others to grow and shine through healthy life practices - yoga, fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, etc. Full or part time, you are passionate about your work, 100% present with your students or clients, and perhaps often networking and planning to build your heartfelt offerings.
In truth, it's pretty wonderful to be immersed in something you really care about - BUT - burnout is a reality too.
Julia and Checka have both been down this road and want to gather with our fellow teachers and entrepreneurs to offer some of what has worked for us.
This 2.5 hour workshop is designed to foster community and confidence and leave you feeling good in body and mind.
It will include:
-Teachings on how to choose projects and commitments wisely and maintain balance in your life
-Efficient and effective strength-building and re-alignment sequences to address teaching-induced imbalances
-Relaxing yoga and reiki
-Discussion/Q&A Session
