On Saturday, April 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., The Plymouth Church in Framingham is excited to invite the entire community to a free Day of Wellness.

A variety of experienced professionals in the fields of massage therapy, acupuncture (from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.), yoga, yoga for kids, meditation, Qi Gong, spinal screenings, and Reiki treatments will be on hand to offer classes and personal consultation.

Check your blood pressure, take a meditative walk in our Labyrinth, learn new ways to maintain your health and well-being.

Admission is FREE.

Light refreshments will be served, and there will be a special area for kids.

Childcare will be offered from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

If our long winters leave you listless and sluggish, treat yourself to a day of healing and self-care.
