Walk, run, try a fitness class or relax with a yoga session during this fitness day designed for adults 50 and older.
Join us for a day of wellness and fitness on beautiful Spectacle Island!
Activities include yoga, dance, tai chi, bootcamp, guided walks, and games.
Spectacle also has miles of trails perfect for self-guided hikes.
Ticket price includes water transportation and all activities.
Bring your own picnic lunch.
Lunch and snacks are available for purchase on the ferry.
Boat departs Boston at 9:30 and 10:15 am.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure to check your group in.
On island programming from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Ferries depart from Spectacle at 2:30, 4:30 and 6:00 pm.
Return trips will be first come, first serve (but don't fret, no one gets left on the island!)
