About Eliza
Eliza Shirazi is a 20 somethin' year old fitness entrepreneur from Boston, MA, and is best known for being the Creator and Founder of the popular kickboxing and dance inspired fitness brand, Kick It By Eliza.
This method was born out of Eliza's passion for dance and fitness while she attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, studying Public Health and Health Sciences and Communication.
Upon graduating in 2013, Eliza became a New Balance sponsored athlete and awarded Best in Boston by several publications.
Most recently, Eliza has certified over 60 instructors to teach her method, which has gained the attention of publications, like Well+Good NYC and Teen Vogue.
