Tai Chi has been practiced for hundreds of years.
Its prime purpose is to promote health in a slow relaxed manner, without jarring and hurting one's body.
The movements are slow, with great emphasis on posture and balance.
Come learn more about this ancient practice.
What to Bring:
Wear loose comfortable clothing and foot wear that is soft so you can feel the ground beneath you.
Light walking shoes are also appropriate.
About Tai Chi Master Leda Elliott:
Leda has over 30 years of experience teaching, performing and competing in wushu (Chinese Martial Arts), and has been involved in dance/creative movement since she was three years old.
She trained and studied under world renowned Master Bow Sim Mark of the Tai Chi Arts Association and has taught Tai Chi both nationally and internationally.
She currently teaches workshops, master classes and group lessons in various locations in and around Boston and the North Shore, and has her own studio, where she offers private training and healing sessions.
