Join Charles River Aquatics for Water Fitness!
On Monday, January 27 from 6:30-8pm, CRA will be hosting a 90-minute 'Get Aqua Fit' event at the Boston Sports Institute in Wellesley.
Start with an energizing 45 minute calorie-burning deep-water workout with Colleen, followed by a relaxing 45 minute warm water yoga stretch and meditation with Laila!
All fitness levels are welcome!
