Using breath and yoga postures, stimulate the turning of your 7 Chakras (Wheels) to feel better inside and out.
Led by Margaret Kornack (RYT 500), learn the location of each Chakra running vertically from the base of your spine to the crown of your head, colors associated with each Chakra and corresponding vibration/frequency.
Connect and tune inward to experience the unique Chakra vibrations/meanings and realign your energetic rainbow.
For ages 13+.
