The Beacon Hill Garden Club is pleased to host you for our 95th Hidden Gardens of Beacon Hill Annual Tour.

This self-guided tour will take place on May 16, rain or shine from 9:00am until 5:00pm.

You will have the chance to visit eleven private gardens on Beacon Hill.

In addition, there will be ribbon gardens to view from the sidewalk.

Tea, coffee and refreshments are available at King's Chapel Parish House from 9:00am to 3:00pm at no charge.

Box lunches are available for preorder, organized by Colonial Dames.

This day celebrates the Beacon Hill Garden Club's long tradition of urban gardening and hands on maintenance of civic properties.

Your ticket purchase makes it possible for the club to fund a wide range of environmental, conservation and education programs.

Tickets will not be available the day of the tour.

Tickets are $60.00 and are non-refundable.

If they cannot be used, they are a charitable donation.

Ticket sales end on May 10 or earlier if sold out.

Neither the Beacon Hill Garden Club nor any homeowner displaying their garden on the tour is responsible for damage, property loss, or injury sustained during the tour.

Your ticket is the Tour Booklet which you may pick up at check in. Please refer to the map inside the tour booklet. Look for our yellow flags that mark each garden’s entry. Ribbon gardens are viewed from the street/sidewalk.

Peak viewing is typically before lunch. Please enjoy this tour at your own pace.

Please wear comfortable shoes for walking and bring along a water bottle and an umbrella. We look forward to hosting you and sharing Beacon Hill with you!

Hidden Gardens Of Beacon Hill Tour 2009

Extremely disappointed by this year's tour. Long lines are to be expected, ard these gardens are in lovely little enclosed spaces, but there is very little attention to detail and REAL gardening. It was apparent to me that several owners just popped in plants purchased from the nursery (or their landscapers did) the day before, and one 'garden' featured PLASTIC grass. Not a real garden tour.

Hidden Gardens Of Beacon HIll 77th Annual Tour

I was disappointment in the May 18, 2006 Hidden Gardens...the lines were extremely long and the gardens didn't have much...I guess you could blame it on all the rain the week before. I feel the donation for the tickets is a worthy cause to beautify, therefore no harm done. One day I hope to be living on Beacon Hill and will display my garden to all who ask!

Beacon Hill Tour

Hidden Gardens Of Beacon Hill Tour

I was fortunate to be visiting in the Boston area last week and participated in the garden tour. What a lovely event. I was amazed at the beauty of these 'tiny' gardens. The members of the Beacon Hill Garden Club are to be commended for the wonderful job they did. This was a huge event, and everyone I encountered was gracious, friendly, and eager to discuss gardening. I live in southwestern Indiana, but was raised in Massachusetts. I was visiting a sister in Mansfield MA.
