Join DCR at over 20 Trail locations across the state for the second annual Healthy Heart Trail Day! Trails are the heart of our parks and we want them to be the heart of a healthy lifestyle.

Meet at the Clock Tower across from the Police Barracks.
10:30am-11:30am Middlesex Fells Reservation, Stoneham/Medford
Meet at the Bothume House, 4 Woodland Road, Stoneham
11:00am-12:00pm Webb Memorial State Park, Weymouth
Meet at the Bulletin Board near parking lot.
12:30pm-1:30pm Spectacle Island, Boston.
Meet in the Visitors Center
1:00pm-2:00pm Blue Hills Reservation, Milton
Meet at Houghton’s Pond main parking lot.
3:00pm-4:00pm Upper Charles River Trail, Watertown
Meet at the Galen Street Bridge at Watertown Square.

11:00am-12:30pm Purgatory Chasm State Reservation, Sutton. Meet at the Park Pavilion.
