Don't be afraid of the winter weather - join the Appalachian Mountain Club for a local family hike!
The trails at Stonehurst are mostly flat and great for beginners and families with young children.
There is a large network of trails winding through a beautiful forest with big trees, rocks to climb on, and plenty of good habitat for lots of wildlife!
Please dress in warm layers and wear sturdy footwear.

From Beaver Street in Waltham, turn onto Robert Treat Paine Drive at the sign for Stonehurst (between the rotary and Bentley College). The parking lot is at the top the hill on your right.
