About Beat the Blues HikeJoin us in this inclusive environment to get outside to practice and learn strategies for managing the blues.
During this hike, we will take multiple stops on the trails to explore challenges around motivation, isolation, self-care, and de-stigmatization facilitated in partnership with Green Button Counseling.
Framed by farm pastures, meadows, woodlands, and scenic overlooks of Slocum River, these walks offer an ideal space to recharge and connect.
Join us on this easy, 1.3-mile loop of Slocum’s River Reserve.
If the trail is icy due to weather conditions, we will have extra traction cleats available to borrow.
