Merrimack Valley Philharmonic's - Family Holiday Concert
Ms. King, who has been featured with the Boston Pops Orchestra and Tanglewood Festival Chorus, will sing “O Holy Night”.
The concert will also feature Meghan Yankowskas on clarinet. Among many other honors, Meghan has performed in the Olympic Music Festival in Beijing in 2008 and the Inaugural Parade in January 2009.
The orchestra will round out the concert by playing many Family Holiday Favorites, a sing-a-long, and the Hallelujah Chorus.
Preceding the concert at the Rogers Center, the doors will open at 1 PM for the orchestra’s Tenth Annual Silent Auction. The auction will be held through intermission and winners will be announced during the concert. Many artisans and businesses donate their time, talents, products and services to support the arts in the Merrimack Valley. Auction items may be paid for by cash or check only on the day of the concert.
