Join us on Sunday January 24th from 7-8:30pm The event is an Interfaith Tu BiShvat Seder, Tu BiShvat being the Jewish New Year for Trees, occurring on the 15th day (Tu) of the Hebrew month of Shvat.

In ancient times, Tu BiShvat was a tax day, but the 16th century Jewish mystics turned it into a celebration.
But, you may ask, why do an Interfaith Tu BiShvat seder?

In the words of Yitzhak Buxbaum, “The Tu BiShvat Seder anticipates the redemption of all humanity and our return to the Garden of Eden, when we will eat - this time - from the Tree of Life”.

SoTu B’Shvat is a joyous and a deep interfaith occasion!

Rabbi Finkelstein will talk about the Garden of Eden connection during his brief introduction to the event.
There will be speakers from different religious traditions sharing reflections on natural or mystical themes.

And there will be a plethora of delicious fruit to eat.

Bring yourself, your friends, and a donation in the amount of your choosing.

No one will be turned away for lack of $.
