Enjoy a French-Inspired Easter Brunch at Bar Boulud
On Sunday, April 16th, Bar Boulud celebrates Easter with a special three-course prix-fixe brunch, perfect for the entire family.
Served in lieu of the restaurant’s à la carte menu, Chef de Cuisine Michael Denk and his talented culinary team have crafted a seasonal selection of French bistro fare favorites including: a savory Pea Soup served with rosemary Chantilly, bacon, and a brioche crouton; Rainbow Carrot Salad featuring watercress, pistachios, vadouvan and preserved lemon; Lobster Scramble starring succulent Maine lobster tossed with French-style scrambled eggs and garnished with fresh tarragon and coral butter; and a tender Grilled Leg of Lamb accompanied by a spring pea medley, pearl onions, carrots, mint and a natural jus.
To complement Chef Denk’s Easter menu, Pastry Chef Robert Differ will showcase a selection of decadent desserts that include: Bar Boulud’s signature Gâteau Basque, a traditional basque custard cake paired with brandied cherries and a vanilla anglaise and a seasonal Tarte aux Fraises paired with a pistachio cream, rhubarb sorbet and a ginger beer gel.
As an added surprise upon departure, all children will receive a chocolate bunny to enjoy at home, compliments of Bar Boulud!
In addition, for guests looking to enhance their dining experience, Sommelier David Bérubé will be present to recommend a selection of hand-picked wine pairings.
