Westgate Mall (www.shopatwestgatemall.com is pleased to announce FREE Halloween Happenings Tuesday, October 31 starting at 5 p.m. Costumed children ages 12 and under will delight in the festivities, with Trick-or-Treating beginning in Center Court, next to Kay Jewelers.

First come, first served, while supplies last.

All participants are encouraged to bring a canned food item for donation to The Salvation Army Canned Food Drive.
