The centuries-old, deeply rooted Italian Christmas Eve tradition of La Festa dei Sette Pesci, is alive and well in Boston with Davio’s Feast of the Seven Fishes.
Depending on the region and family tradition, the number of dishes varies from seven to thirteen.
Davio’s decadent prix fixe menu begins with a primo course of Baked Stuffed Clams, Crab Meat, Foccaccia Crumps, Oregano and Lemon, followed by Squid Ink Spaghetti, Braised Octopus, Calamari, Olives, Capers, and San Marzano Tomatoes, and finishing with Over Roasted Swordfish, Grilled Shrimp, Fingerling Potatoes, and Maine Lobster Sherry Beurre Blanc.
Join in on the tradition on Monday, December 24th from 4-10pm.
The cost is $75 per person.
The full a la carte menu will also be available; reservations are recommended.
