Santa Express Trains
All Santa Express Trains are approximately one hour and twenty minutes in length (80 minutes) and return to where they started, to Hobo Junction Station in Lincoln, NH.
It should be noted that the difference between First Class and Coach Class seating is that First Class seating is at tables, while Coach Class seating will be at bench-style seating.
Otherwise, the entire experience is identical.
Otherwise, the entire experience aboard our Santa Express Trains is 100% identical. Everyone on the train will meet Santa & Mrs. Claus, all young children will receive a letter that they can complete for Santa and every young child will receive a gift from Santa on the train!
The Santa Express Trains have been part of the Railroad’s annual schedule since the it first opened more than 33 years ago.
For many of our guests, enjoying chocolate milk and cookies on the train with Santa has become a long-standing family tradition.
In many cases we’re seeing second and third generations of families returning to create their own holiday traditions.”
In compliance with State of New Hampshire COVID-19 Guidelines, advance reservations are required for all Santa Express Trains this year.
In addition, all Santa Express Trains will be limited to 50% capacity and each of the coaches on the train will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to every departure.
Passengers will also be required to wear a mask when they arrive and on the train unless they are consuming something to eat to drink.
