Start your year off by trying something new and embarking on a culinary adventure filled with flavor and finesse.For one weekend only, French and Vietnamese inspired restaurant, Nightshade Noodle Bar is offering a special steakhouse style tasting menu with culinary delights designed to create a one of a kind adventure and tasting menu experience unlike anything else.
Guests select a star of the show – Grilled Ribeye with King Crab Étouffée, Caramelized Filet of Beef with Foie Gras, Tomato Gelee and Black Truffle Sauce or Confit Hake with Scallop Mousseline and King Trumpet Mushrooms, then Chef Rachel Miller takes the wheel and presents her finest culinary visions.
From Chilled Percebes (barnacles) with Vietnamese salt and pepper sauce to Tuna Carpaccio with tomato water nuoc cham, there’s something new and exciting for everyone to explore.
