Nightshade Noodle Bar is morphing into a steakhouse, offering a French & Vietnamese infused tasting menu with optional baller wine pairings along with a curated cocktail menu and vintage champagne list.Guests choose their cuts, award-winning Chef Rachel Miller does the rest.
Omnivores and pescatarians can choose from charcoal grilled ribeye with king crab etouffee, caramelized filet of beef with foie gras, tomato gelee and black truffle sauce or confit hake with scallop mousseline and king trumpet mushrooms to be enjoyed in the tasting along with dishes that exemplify Chef Miller’s unmatched talent and technique.
There’s Chestnut “Bot Chien” with spicy egg sauce and pickles, Smokey Sea Urchins with brown butter and red curry hollandaise, and torched cinnamon, and so much more
