Winter Survival Challenge

Join Outdoors Rx at Callahan State Park for a short family adventure walk to learn how humans, birds, fish and mammals can survive the winter through hands-on learning and interactive play.

We'll look at animal habitats to better understand how animals survive.

If there's snow, we'll build our own human shelters!

Wear layers, warm walking shoes and bring water.

Holiday programs fill fast.

Registration is encouraged.

*December - March, programs may change in nature or cancel due to winter weather.
